Default Smartphone fails to autodetect WiFi :(

It seems everytime I squash a bug, another pops up. Up until last week it seemed WiFi was working just fine. Now, it fails to autodetect networks, and under settings all the WiFi networks appear unavailable when previously from this location I received signal. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What phone do you have? Have you installed any new programs? Have you soft reset the phone?

I have a tmobile dash. I had two 3rd party applications installed: TCPMP and Facade. I tried everything, and finally hard-reset the phone. Facade was the newer of the two installs, and had been running about a week. Not sure what to make of it, and feeling a little bitter about it all.

Thanks for the response though. These forums aren't as active as I would have hoped. So that beg's the question, where does the smartphone support community live?
