I preordered weeks ago, when the first announcement was made.
I've gone through xda -> hp6150 -> PDA2k -> qtek 9100 -> TyTN -> BlackJack -> BetaWM6 Dash.
What has been killing me is the limited functionality of WM6 Standard due to the lack of touch screen. There are too many steps to perform the same tasks, or you cannot perform them altogether (ie. select multiple emails to move to a folder by dragging your stylus).
I have used PPCPhones since 2002; as much as promising the 503G is, there are some issues that I foresee because of the Qwertybar design.
The default landscape mode is not the default of PPCPhones; there are many applications that are really not designed or upgraded to support this mode.
Surely you can rotate the screen to run the applications, but then your qwertybar will be in the way. Today screen in landscape and other ppc apps look 'weird' in landscape. Also, there are apps that pop the onscreen keyboard momentarily and used to drive me nuts when I had the Wizard/TyTN on landscape mode.
As a stopgap alternative, I am considering the T-Mobile P4350 'Wing' or whatever they call it in the end as well; solid,tried design in its 3rd incarnation (yes, I know no 3G but then T-Mobile won't have anything till next year and I would have to use a yet non-existing phone to do HSDPA in 1700 and 2100 MHz :? ).
Yes I know the Kaiser is coming but by the time we see it in the flesh and it becomes available for us to get, we are realistically talking September.
I guess only time will tell in the meantime, there are the screenshots for us to gawk at
