Chris from Mobility Site suddenly noticed that Sprint is offering some great mail-in rebates on many of their phones, including all of their WM phones.  Amongst others, you can get the Samsung Ace and the HTC Touch for $99, the brand-new Treo 800w for $249, and the Mogul for $299.  Of these, the Touch and the ACE certainly seem like the best deals.

Whether or not this is a response to that new unnamed phone, you guys stand to benefit most.  You can get the full details from Sprint's site.  Any of you planning to take the leap?

Sprint now offers discounts on a phone I paid full price for. A phone they told me would have GPS in Q1 2008. I was promised upgrades for a full price phone, the upgrade STILL are not here and now they're discounting the phone. Nice job sprint...

I got a touch about 6 months ago and have had great luck with it. There is a (not released) "official" ROM out there that gives the Rev A and GPS functionality - along with Windows Mobile 6.1. Google PPCgeeks and check in the "vogue" forum/Upgrades. Works great for me!

Seriously you can't beat a Sprint SERO plan for what you get for the $$...($30/mth, Unl Data, Unl Text, 500 Minutes, 7 PM N&W, Free Roaming Voice and data (@ 1xrtt speeds) - Google "Slickdeals SERO" for how to sign up...Speeds are great - With tethering, I get 850k down and 400 K up.....
