In a few countries it is illegal to have devices locked to one operator.

The Cavalier has been selling for a while and the consensus is that the battery life is poo, especially if the 3G signal isn't particularly great. Having the phone swapping between 2g and 3g can consume 20% of the battery life in an hour...

That said I still think it looks sexy. If the price is right I'd pick this over the Samsung i600 (that's right, the one with Wifi, not the watered-down version you poor sods have. :P).

Definitely agree with these statements. I need some WinMo6 GSM toys with full 3G, what's taking so long with the market?
