I have to say, I don't know how on earth I missed this thread/product announcement - but it was around Thanksgiving, so that must have been why.

At any rate, this product is EXACTLY what I've been waiting for!!! I'm on T-Mo, so for me, although 3G is cool and helps resale value, EDGE is all I'll be able to take advantage of for now, anyway. T-Mo, I've heard, will offer 3G on a slightly different band than what we know now; they'll be running on the 1700Mhz band or something close to that, instead of 1900 and 2100, so 3G in any phone today may be useless to those on T-Mo's networks.

Apart from all that, this phone has it ALL, with great looks, too. THIS is what I've been waiting for. I've been considering buying an HTC Tytn, but not anymore.

This Eten M700 is my next phone. No question about it.

True, it's a good all-'round phone to have if you are a heavy GPS user. I know that this is purely subjective, but I I think the M700 looks rather bland. I've posted some of my thoughts and pics of my M700 here:
