Ed, I'm with you. Mastersoft Mobile Solutions' SuDoKu is outstanding! I have tried most of the SuDoKu puzzles (the ones with trials) and believe me this piece of software out-shines them all.

For 6 months the only game I had been playing is Boxikon (I love it), that is until Mastersoft came along with their version of SuDoKu.

Oh I see. I thought we were commenting on the review about that particular piece of software.

True: it's cheaper, 2.95 $ less, and if for that, there are still cheaper sudokus available ;-)
and, since Mastersoft Sudoku was betatested by a more than 100 sudoku players community (and it tells: showing the same graphic - e.g. for the memo keypad - is not the same as having the same usability...), at less than 3c/betatester it's not so expensive, is it?

Count me in the newly "hooked" category. I really enjoy playing during lunch. Seems to wake up my mind.

Is anyone playing using the bugs or icons Styles?

Cool Brad !!!! Great to have you on board ! We've some enhancements coming soon

Mastersoft SuDoku just became the No1 Most Popular Pocket PC App* Overall !!! Though sadly that meant Chess falling to the not so respectable No2 slot

Hi,

Does anyone know if the puzzles on the Mastersoft Sudoku can all be solved by logic alone? I know some of the programs out don't and need guesses along the way.

Cheers

Yes, all one million of them, since each one has only ONE solution it is therefore inferred that it can be solved by logic alone tho' you'd need a SuDoku expert from our forums to prove this to you. Of course you can make guesses ... indeed the solver is based on logic alone as it is a computer program and it is not programmed to guess ... hence solve times of less than a second or so on fast PPCs.

Because:
1. They charge us 60% Commission and
2. Their Best Seller Charts aren't based on the number of copies sold anymore ... so we'd have to make it really expensive to get it to chart.

Thanks for getting back to me on this...

60% commission...Wow! Ok reasonable reason. So is there any other alternative to using Paypal?

Cheers

Sorry David there isn't and we have no plans to change this as we are very happy with Paypal.
