"The company just announced a Silverlight-based plug-in platform and SDK at MIX, too, and Seesmic (Seesmic) for Windows Phone will support that. So, as you can see below, Bing Maps integration is included, and more creative ideas from third-parties will be possible, too. Seesmic has already released apps for BlackBerry (BlackBerry Rocks!) and Google (Google) Android (Android) smartphones, but not for Apple's iPhone (iPhone). The Windows Phone version appears basic in terms of features, with the exception of the Silverlight plug-in support. However, it does look gorgeous, and it fits in well with Windows Phone 7's style and aesthetics."

So here's a weird one. The Mashable post that I got the above shots from went live March 15, during the MiX madness. We posted that Seesmic had put a few things out there at that time, but never explicitly covered this client - and apparently no one else did either. Now that it's a slow news day, some have dug up Mashable's post and are treating it as if it's new. Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks like old (albeit interesting & cool) news just now surfacing. Better late than never!
