I'm trying to find a way to change the number of lines my down arrow scrolls when pressed in pocket internet explorer. Currently it scrolls an entire screen, and that is too much. Are there any registry hacks or hopefully free apps I can get to do this? I'm on Windows Mobile 2003.

Go to Settings --> Buttons ---> Then the Up/Down contol tab.

Thanks for the replay dean_shan, but in my Up/Down Control tab under Button settings just has these two options:
Delay before first repeat,
and Repeat rate.

i played with these settings hoping they'd do something with the lines per push, but no...they are what they say they are

I'm on Windows Mobile 2003
