Is there any way to synchronize other folders with outlook than just my inbox.... I have lots of folders set up with rules, so hardly any of my emails hit my inbox and all i can get my pocket pc to sync is just my inbox....

db, do you mean Pocket Lookout?

Good recollection. I had completely forgotten about this great piece of software (at least, conceptually; I never tried it). I should follow up and see if any of our reviewers are reviewing it.

You shouldn't need any third party software for this. Open Activesync and double click on Inbox. You should see all your folders there, and can select the ones you want to sync.

However, I am assuming you have all your folders in the same Personal Folder in Outlook. If not, I don't think it will work.

You're referring to email folders only, right?

As the previous poster mentioned, this is easily achieved through the Inbox properties on ActiveSync.

For data outside of email folders (e.g. calendar, contacts, etc.), I don't think this is possible without 3rd party support.
