Default OneDialer Brings Google Voice to Pocket PC

http://www.wmexperts.com/introducin...oogle-voice-app

"We're still working on our review, but the makers of Google Voice app OneDialer took to our forums to announce the latest version of the app. Currently for Windows Mobile 6 Professional (touchscreen devices) only, here's what you get: SSL encrypted communications, It's fast, SMS and voicemail notifications, [and] Native dialer interception."

It's Touchscreen only, as of now, and is $7 for a single user license, but if you really want to use your Google Voice number in Windows Mobile, it's now an option!

Wouldn't run on my phone - a Verizon HTC Touch Pro with the July ROM on it. Said a newer version of the CF framework was needed. That is a bit too hefty for a dialer.

For a simple google voice dialer, one can use idialer for free.

It's not as full featured, as OneDialer, but it's also free, and actually has other features like being able to link up a calling card (which is pretty much moot with google voice charging really low rates [or no rates for calls to Canada] to most countries.)

It doesn't work half the time. The UI is horrible. The whole thing needs to be mature. More development please.
