"Navideo is a multi-purpose software for your PDA or PC that connects navigation with mobile communication. Your can easily send your GPS location to others and also receive or request to receive their location. It's possible to send SOS messages to emergency services. Navideo can either be run in a Standalone Mode without additional navigation software or in combination with additional navigation software like TomTom Navigator. Save your position or track and display it later on with Microsoft Autoroute or Goople Earth." The latest version of Navideo supports Navideo Live and also the recording of locations and trips as Google Maps/Earth HTML files. The Basic version is free, while the Plus version has a heftier €49 price tag - both are available from the Navideo web site.
