I've seen a few programs here and there for file synchronizing but was wondering what people preferred?

As it stands I have MY DOCUMENTS on my DESKTOP shared. I mapped my DESKTOP "MY DOCUMENTS" folder to my laptop and click "make available offline". Everytime I bring my laptop home my laptop and desktop "synch" on connect.

Is there a way to get my handheld to synchronize with my laptop MY DOCUMENTS folder that is actually a mapped "offline" folder from my desktop?
