Default Cannot restore with iPAQ Backup...

I recently reformatted my PC and when I went to restore all my contacts/appointment from my iPAQ to my PC, I chose the wrong option and it ended up wiping all the data off my iPAQ.

I knew this might happen, so before I did it, I backed everything up with iPAQ Backup. Now, I cannot get it to restore. Everytime I go into it and select my backup, the Restore button is greyed out. The manual doesn't mention anything about this, or additional steps needed, nor can I find anything online.

Anyone know how I could fix this? Is there a PC application I can use to read my .pbf file? I have a iPAQ 2210 with iPAQ Backup v1.1.0.6 (came on it).

Thanks,
Ken

Default Maybe A Fix

 What you need to do is in the first screen of iPaq Backup it will show a tab that has a directory e.g. main memory etc make sure that it is selected to the correct directory. Also I would do another hard reset to make sure that no settings have been changed.
