After I bought my 2125. I upgraded to AS 4.1. And now I am unable to sync with the older WM2003 SE devices (SP3i).

Is it just me or everyone notices this problem? Microsoft documentation recommends using 3.8 for older devices but does not say that 4.1 will not work.

4.1 will work for older devices - unless you're using WiFi sync. You weren't using WiFi, were you?

Figured it out. But I am sure the problem is going to come back.

I changed the USB port on the laptop to a different and AS detected the device. Previously I could see it in the Device Manager but AS would not pick it up.

Last two weeks ever since I have switched to 4.1. I have not been having a great time.

- Laptop 1 had 3.8 and I upgraded to 4.1. And now the AS on Laptop 1 does not work.
- Laptop 2 has 4.1 (clean XP install). Was having trouble getting WM 2003 device detected. :-(
