Restoring Your Smartphone
Things occassionally go wrong with Smartphone devices and sometimes the only solution is to reset your device. Unfortunately, this means you have to restore all of your applications, settings, and customizations. In our forums, Mitch Waite posted the step-by-step process he uses to reset and restore his PPCW.Net i-Mate Smartphone. Hopefully it won't be much longer before somebody releases a backup utility, but until then this serves as a good guide or checklist to use when you are forced to do a hard reset.
