Default HTTPS protocol on T-Mo/e200/SP2003

I've been able to set up my phone to connect to the internet, but for some reason, I can not see any pages served over https. I just get a "page can not be found" error screen. Is there some setting that is keeping me from connecting via https?

I'm using a SPV E200 running SP 2003, unlocked to T-Mobile's US network. I've configured the phone according to these instructions on modaco.

Can any one help?

Still haven't figured this one out.

Is there a special setting that I need to connect via HTTPS on my smartphone? Is it a T-Mobile thing?

Unless you have the $19.99/month Internet plan, HTTPS/SSL (port 443) is blocked.

If you DO have the $19.99/month plan, your APN should be either internet2.voicestream.com or internet3.voicestream.com Don't use those unless you have that plan -- some folks say they were billed by the KB when they did (without the plan).
