Default Allow Certain Calls While Phone Is Locked?

Is there a way to lock a Win Mobile phone (Samsung Blackjack II in particular) where it will allow only a certain list of incoming and outgoing numbers that can be answered/called? A function where maybe only numbers on speed dial will be allowed? I'm trying to lock a child's phone to only be able to call us and maybe a couple of other phone numbers.

Thanks!

I've looked and I was unable to find anything that could help you out. I would suggest possibly calling the carrier and see if maybe they can set that up on their end? I seem to remember BellSouth, which later became Cingular, doing something similar to this back in the TDMA days.

I'm assuming the desire to do this with the BJ is because you have one. I think there are devices that some of the carriers offer that do this sort of thing, specifically for providing to kids.
