ABC/Disney Buy 30% Stake in Hulu
"ABC is officially jumping on the Hulu bandwagon with the announcemnt of a 30% purchase in the entity. While this is great for us Mac users who love Lost and other ABC programming, it is even better for those of us with an iPhone." 
With this deal ABC/Disney gets 3 seats on the board, along with NBC/Universal, News Corp. and Providence. Hulu really has become more successful than the "experts" predicted since it's inception in 2007, and is now the number 3 video site after YouTube and Fox Interactive Media. This deal certainly livens up the competition between Hulu and the Google/CBS owned TV.com. Add to the mix the rumored Hulu App coupled with Steve Jobs place as the largest Disney Shareholder, and it sounds to me like this news is really going to stir the proverbial pot for speculation!
