Default MacUpdate Version 5.0 Released

http://www.macobserver.com/tmo/arti...date_desktop_5/

"MacUpdate announced the immediate availability of MacUpdate 5.0 on Thursday. The new version of the application update tracker is completely rewritten and offers beefed up Leopard and Snow Leopard support."

This requires OS X 10.5 or higher, and requires a $20.00 USD fee per year, although there is a 10 day free trial. This is an easy way to "update apps, especially the ones you forgot you had." Of course, if you forgot you had them, were you really using them to begin with? More info can be found at their website.Â*

I actually like AppFresh myself. It's less expensive.
