iWork Ending, iCloud Now The Focus
"It seems Apple has come to find that iCloud is the better solution to its iWork.com service before the latter even had the chance to come out of beta, i, and will be discontinuing it on July 31st (a month after the company is set to also discontinue MobileMe in favor of iCloud)." 
I never really used this much anyway, so I won't miss it. The key here is to make sure that if you did or are using it, that you get your files moved by July 31, 2012.
