Command Line Utilities You May Find Useful
"The Mac OS X command line interface is home to thousands of programs that the average user doesn't know exists. Leveraging years of hard work by the GNU foundation and others in the open source community, Apple designed a wonderful OS that doesn't "need" any use of the command line." 
Doesn't need the use of the command line? I would have to disagree, at times there aren't any alternatives. But I'd say for the most part that is true. I don't use the command line in Terminal very often, but it is a nice resource to have when you do need some help. I doubt most users ever get into the Terminal program, but if you have or still do, this is a list of some utilities that may come in handy.
