Default Where are the iPhones Amazon?

"Amazon has just released a new wireless portal, amazonwireless.com, where they try to simplify the process of buying a mobile device."

Surprisingly, or not so surprisingly, when you go to the wireless portal Amazon.com has set up, you won't find any iPhones listed under the AT&T area. At least, that is how it was on Sunday. Any conjecture on why they wouldn't have iPhones listed?

Amazon is probably considered a subdealer of AT&T, in which case they won't have the iPhone. As far as I know, AT&T never made the iPhone available to subdealers, only certain direct nationals (ie: Best Buy). It'll probably happen at some point and the i's haven't been dotted and the t's crossed yet.

What Vincent said. I wouldn't be surprised if Apple is involved in deciding what subdealers have the iPhone, too.
