Jailbreak Now Available for iPhone 3GS
"George Hotz was the first to release a jailbreak app for the iPhone 3GS - the only problem was that it was only available for Windows. Now there's a Mac-based jailbreak solution for the 3GS, Purplera1n RC2a has been released for the Mac. iPhoneHacks.com has posted a detailed step-by-step of the process." 
Well how about that? I probably won't bother because there's nothing on the jailbroken side I have any interest in, but it's nice to see the hackers never sleep. Of course, the usual cautions apply and if you break your 3GS it's all your fault, but if you simply must stream video from your phone using QIK, then this is the only way you're gonna be able to do it.
