She chose the Daewoo over the Accord, because it was cheaper and looked about the same. Unfortunately, her Meizu phone also doesn't work, so she can't call 911; it was cheaper and looked about the same as that cool iPhone that her friend Marsha bought. Marsha recommended the iPhone, because it simply works and even someone as technologically bereft as Lauren could operate it.
