The themes will work on everything from Pocket PC 2000 up to Windows Mobile 6, and you can select things like the base colour, the home screen text colour, and other theme attributes. I haven't seen such a well put together theme site in a long time. Not to mention the fact that its free and it didn't require me to sign-up to download. The theme creator is awesome and there is a huge selection (1891 to be exact) of wallpapers to choose from. If you have a Windows Mobile device you should definitely visit the site. Nice find!

Yes, you can load a custom wallpaper onto the TouchFlo 3D home screen - the one with the clock. The other screens don't show the custom wallpaper though...
