There are two editions: SyncMate Free and SyncMate Expert.

There are two versions of SyncMate:

SyncMate (Free)
SyncMate Expert Edition (Not Free)

Two Editions and they are: SyncMate (Free) and SyncMate Expert, I have been using SyncMate (Free Edition) since I updates to Snow Leopard and so far I am impressed, seems to be more stable than the other options available.

Am I the only one that noticed this said $40 a MONTH...geez, for $350 I could buy a laptop with Windows on it and sync that way.

My bad. My fingers clearly didn't agree with my brain at the time I typed the post up. It's definitely $39.95 per copy.
