Default Save 30% on Dell Axim X50v Bundle

http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/...~topic=odg_msn2

This is the biggest discount coupon I've seen from Dell on a Pocket PC, so if you've been holding off on buying a new Pocket PC for a price drop, it doesn't get much better than this. I tried combining this with my affiliate link, but wouldn't you know, it didn't work. Anyway, here's the offer:

"Now, for one day only, you can receive 30% off this great new Axim bundle featuring a 624MHz Axim X50v, including integrated Bluetooth and 802.11b wireless technologies, an extra battery, a 2 year limited warranty1 and a FREE Atari Retro Game Card ($26 value). Hurry, offer ends November 16, 2004 at 7 am CST!"

Dell is offering 10% off all their handhelds, so this coupon is really just an extra 20% off, but hey, no complaints here! The coupon seems to only work for that specific bundle above, but all that for $419 USD is a screaming good deal.

Just wondering how many people reported this one. (I was one of them.) This is cheap enough that I've finally given in and gotten a vga ppc.

Must resist. I don't NEED it, yet my credit card is crawling across the desk and opening a new window to dell.

Ahhhh!!!

$445 WITH the large extended battery. And I just did a full cleaning cycle on my Toshiba e550g. (which still works perfectly fine)

Does the X50 fit in the cradle with the xtended battery installed???

About the same footprint and shape, 0.12" thicker.

Yes, it fits in the cradle with the extended battery.

I almost pressed checkout but then I thought...with a deal this good now, I'd put money on more deals before christmas. reholstered my trigger finger. I don;t need the extra battery...although the $35 upgrade to the extendedbattery is tempting.

I have to go with don dre on this one.

I would like a new toy, but my e550g works just fine. and for what I use it for, I just can't do it.

I need a new video camera and capture card for my PC long before I need a new PPC.

Sigh.

But it suuuuure does look tasty!!!!
