I've been a subscriber for a number of years. This site helped me learn about my first iPaq and helped me choose the right software and tweaks to optimize my experience. The thing that I really relish about your site is the civility and helpfulness of those that post here. It is so unlike many sites, where one-ups-manship, zingers, and put-downs are the mode of operation.

I think the success and quality of your sites is testimony to your leadership in finding good contributors, the tone and manner you set in the postings and articles, and the constant attention to make browsing it a worthwhile and pleasurable experience.

Jason, thanks for this site. I had to think back to my first handheld - I loved that PalmPC when I first got it. Those were the days...
