I'm not sure if this could be done, but it would be great to have a repair estimator on the main page. You could select your device, then select the problem from a drop-down list, and get a ROUGH estimate of what the cost for repair would be. There would have to be a bold disclaimer, of course, that the estimate is only a rough one, but maybe it could be followed up with an email to the potential customer that would give greater details. I have an old PDA that I would like to have repaired, and if I could easily see ABOUT what it would cost I might be more likely to get it done.

I would like to see more genuine expansion battery, like the HTC diamond extra large battery with back cover.
And Genuine cradles! The genuine diamond cradle is a lot more sexy than the HTC Diamond Desktop Cradle with 2nd Battery Charger & AC Adapter ....

I would like to see a help section on how to configure connection settings on different platforms for different carriers. It's hard to get quality answers from some of the carriers.

I'd like to see a listing of hardware upgrades that are being considered or studied. That way I can consider what new devices I'd want to buy based on what cool stuff is in its future! That or they can have users vote on what they think is worthwhile to pursue.

I'm glad PPC Techs are getting in on your 8th birthday celebration!

My suggestion is why not have a monthly "featured" actual customer "unboxing" and review of accessories/products/results of services obtained from PPC Techs? Obviously, it would have to contain positive remarks, etc. in order to help sell the product(s). That's expected. However, the idea is to bring the concept of the product/service "live" to potential customers who are debating with themselves whether to get this or that at the moment. Almost everyone believes their device and their situation has something unique to it so when they see/hear/read about someone else's success with something like an upgrade, repair, hack, accessory, improvement, etc. then they're likely to try it themselves. And, as anyone knows, a picture (or perhaps in this case, a video) is worth a thousand words. Perhaps it may only amount to some kind of video demo but that's okay...people like that, as often such answers many of their questions more than a diagram or perhaps one or two pictures can.

When I put in my HTC P3600, the only accessories I get are the audio cables. Where are the screen protectors etc - it'd be great to have them included as well

Also, batteries probably shouldn't be listed under repairs - under accessories.

Finally, this may be hard, but I reckon there should be a mobile friendly version of the site - so I don't always need my laptop to buy something!
