The network connection setup dialog needs much improvement -- get rid of all the garbage relating to modem connections because we don't need it.

We also need to be able to get OS updates directly from Microsoft

Just as everyone else are saying, they definitely need to tweak the UI. The usability and the user experiences are very complicated, so it is very hard for other newbie to navigates to it. The other thing I'd like them to change is to incorporate Flash into their browser.

I want to see better support for real VGA. Bigger screens are back in. Some of us are sick enough to want maximum viewing pleasure from them.

I'd also like to see the differences between touchscreen and 'smartphone' devices removed. One platform, one set of software and features.

The Bluetooth implementation needs to be severely revamped to make it more user friendly. You can get a third party replacement browser, and the memory management isn't too bad, but the Bluetooth is just hideously inconvenient. I dare you to go through the process of connecting to a pair of Bluetooth headphones from a 6.1 Standard device.
