Sorry, but when article "THE" is locate in front of the sentence it may mean "top three". I quote que original text: "the three top Pocket PC... "
If this would not the meaning THE should be removed from this sentence to avoid confussion.

Perhaps the original author of this sentence could clear the meaning of this message.

What I meant is that these sites, in my opinion, are not to be considered top sites on PPC development. I do not intend to insult anyone but I think it might be comparatively offending for other sites.

IMHO pocketpcdn.com is the best resource for eVC and DEVBUZZ.com for eVB.
