Jason, thanks for the great offer. But is it just me that after I downloaded the software and entered their registration code, it says the code is not accepted. My device HTC Kaiser is not on their list, so I used HTC Touch instead. Help please.

hi,

I dont think a device should matter, as I think I selected HTC Touch as well as I am in between PocketPCs... I am looking for a cheap TyTN or Herald for use as a PDA.

Anyone care to confirm?

WOW, thanks to PPCT and Pocket Informant. I have used PI and love it. This was a very generous offer.

Could it have anything to do with the owners name that you entered? Not sure why they made such a big deal about it when registering. Maybe it is part of the key?

Thanks. I did not want to pay for the upgrade from the previous release. I have a full one for free. Thanks

The device type wasn't a mandatory option on the registration form, so you could have left it blank. The thing that you had to nail was the Owner's Name. What you entered on the form had to match that on your device.

Just checked my e-mail on Sunday morning . . . too late!

That's too bad, since I've been wanting to upgrade for a long time. PI5 has been great for me.

Thanks for posting this--I hope lots of PPCT users got to take advantage of it!
