Default Make Your Oscar Picks And Win an iPAQ 5450

http://register.go.com/abc/sweepstakes/Oscar/entry

"You've watched the films and read the reviews. Now here's your chance to prove you're a movie maven. The contestant with the highest number of correct predictions will win [an iPAQ 5450]."

The contest ends 5:00pm PT on March 23, 2003 and is open only to residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC.

So, since this is the weekend, let's have a little fun with it. Which film do you think is going to win Best Picture?

Wow... the early results make me feel proud to be working on the musical version of Chicago - even if all I do is hide under the stage and read PPCT all during the show... LOL

Wow... I signed up and everything, but I had to actually know the people to make the predictions... yowza! I wanted the iPAQ, but I knew I didn't have a chance...

I just closed my eyes and clicked. That's basically how it'll be chosen anyway. In my mind's eye, I see a large dart board with movie names strewn across the face.....

Chicago was technically brilliant, but after ten minutes in I remembered that I don't like musicals...

Two Towers will never be best picture - even if it deserves it. It's not a critic's movie.

I'll be the lonely sheep. I think that LOTRII, Hours, and Gangs although good, won't make it. But since this is the Oscars, I'll make a wild chance.

I think The Pianist might win.

Its possible and its a remarkable movie. My second bet is Chicago, although I do have to agree with Jason's opinion on musicals.

Just my 0.02$
