Me too. Same error. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon for Handango. It is why I buy from PocketGear. I have yet to download any app on Free App Friday. I speculate Handango's needs more server capacity. I always get so excited and then cannot download the app.

Yeah, and I cannot find a way to contact service on their support site to let them know! WTF??

They have several contact options on this page. I hope they're able to solve it quickly for you!

My device didn't have an identifier associated with it. Once I fixed that it went through. Nice error!

Cool! This was one of my next purchases anyways. I was upset when I forgot to download CodeWallet several weeks back for free. This more than makes up for it!
