Ditto on the above - tried to apply the coupon code for "Pro" (WM6) and it didn't take. I could try to get the code for Standard, but that wouldn't want a more restricted version of the app.

I guess we'll see an update later today on the reasons why the code doesn't work for Pro users.

Thanks for the offer.

I had the same results as you (took me to the Palm version every time). I just downloaded it directly from Iambic.

Thanks for clearing that up. I now have a working version installed on my Tilt.

Perhaps is wasn't smart of Iambic to use Standard and Professional in the name of this application. It certainly caused a bit of confusion. :?

The confirmation from Iambic gives you the correct links to download the WM version for PPC's.

wow.. this is really a horrible product. You can tell it is a palm os program forced to sit on top of windows mobile.. 8O

Oh and more good news.. The "activation" page crashes in firefox... I had to break out IE.. eew..

After playing around with the program for awhile i would have to say that it is not worth the price i payed for it...

I see why they are trying to give it away.

I'm just sticking with Pocket Informant. It works. After all this trouble, I won't even bother to try Agendus.

Mobihand gave me the code and said it was for Pocket PCs - I don't understand why it's not working. I've sent them an email asking for clarification. Apologies for all the trouble, I trusted Mobihand would do their part when I did my part (which was to simply put up the link and promote it).

Default Re: Clarification?

I can't explain why some of you are having installation problems if it's a supported Windows Mobile 5 or 6 device, but I can answer this question:

Agendus for Windows Mobile Pocket PC Standard Edition is meant to be installed on Windows Mobile Classic or Windows Mobile Professional devices, *not* Windows Mobile Standard devices. The confusion here is that Agendus named their software in such a way that it's at odds with Microsoft's OS naming. :|

Hopefully this debacle will "encourage" Agendus to re-name their products in a less-confusing manner.

The only version that the coupon code works for is the Standard version but that's the version for your Windows Mobile Professional device.

Agreed. I was curious because I had used Agendus as Action Names back in my Palm days. After testing driving it I agree that its pretty grim. I could go on...suffice to say...PocketInformant still rules for me.
