Default CES 2009: Windows Mobile Presentation

I shot more video at CES 2009 than I have at previous shows, and it seems that one of the side-effects of that is forgetting to publish all of it! This is a video that was recorded on January 10th.

Greg Sullivan, Senior Product Manager for Windows Mobile, talks about the current state of Windows Mobile. No new product announcements were made, but he talks about the fact that 20 million Windows Mobile phones were sold in 2008. Sullivan demonstrates several new Windows Mobile applications. Out of curiosity how many of the 20 million WM phones sold last year are touchscreen and how many aren't? Likewise, how many non-phone WM devices sold last year?

(Pardon the questions if they're answered in the video... while I make it a point to read threads before posting, I don't have time to watch a 22 minute video)

I'm not sure - I've never heard that level of detail breakdown offered by anyone. I don't believe it's in the video either...

I heard back on my question a few weeks back but forgot to share here: the answer I received from a Microsoft Windows Mobile team member is roughly 1/3rd non-touch screen phones and 2/3rd touch screen phones.
