"I thought I'd have a little fun this Friday morning and do something different. Smartphones with thumbboards are all the rage these days for sending email on the go, but I don't think anyone has ever done a speed test to see which one has the 'fastest' thumbboard. So, I put my testing hat on, rounded up all the smartphones 'in da house', and decided to put each of the thumbboards through their paces."



Jenneth Orantia, onetime Fitaly champ and overall PDA text entry speed demon, decided to do a comparative evaluation of a number of smartphones' thumbboards, including various WM devices, over at Gear Diary.
