Default SCOTTeVEST and TEC Acquired for $100 Million!

http://www.scottevest.com/htmlemail/apr2003/index.html

Wow! I knew the ScotteVest was popular, but this is amazing!

"Chicago-based Jordan Global Enterprises (JGE), a venture capital firm with diversified holdings, has acquired controlling interests in SCOTTeVEST LLC (SeV) and Technology Enabled Clothing LLC (TEC). The deal was consummated today in all stock deal valued at over $100 million. Jordan Global Enterprises divested itself of large interests in Microsoft, General Electric and other leading companies to acquire SeV and TEC.

"Former Playboy Bunny (August 1999) and SeV spokesmodel, Rebecca Scott, has been appointed CEO of SeV. Believed by some to be an unusual move, Jordan explains that he has been watching Rebecca for some time and can easily see her in this position, among others. Jordan said, “She belongs on top. In my wildest dreams, I never thought I would find someone with her attributes. She is a dream come true.”

So, you STILL think I'm a geek?

You'd actually be VERY surprised at how many e-mails we've gotten letting us know that the site has been hacked. Almost as good as Jason's announcement last year that he was switching over to Palm devices!

We had determined ahead of time that we would stop the fun posts by noon (20 minutes after your post), so I don't think we went overboard. The vast majority of our readers enjoyed the posts; I'm sorry that you are so offended by them.

Loved em. It's always interesting to see what sites will come up with. Come on - for one day a year you can live with it. 8)

Default :-)

I am glad some folks enjoyed my sense of humor. See http://www.scottevest.com/htmlemail/apr2003/index.html for more humor.
