Well, I think I'll stick with definitely smaller the HTC Wizard. If the final size is the same, then, this device will be a financial disaster for F-S.

That comment I had made about the Loox being the perfect PPC Smartphone device? I take that back. It's a bit bigger then I thought. It's bigger then the Treo which is about as big as I would pay for. this is why I bought the Apache PPC 6700, because it was not bigger then the Treo.
Also, did you all notice the black edges around the LCD on the Loox? Why oh why do this manufactures try and pull these fast ones on us? They advertise 2.5 inch screen (or whatever it is). Then they give us products with a good portion surrounding the screen that is unusable. Again, I take my comments about this being the perfect PPC/Smartphone back. Too bad FS...

I agree. If you saw the original mockup images, the image on the display was right to the edge of the LCD screen, but this is a huge border around the image, much like those early portable DVD players with that black faceplate around the tiny 4" LCD to either make it look like an 8" widescreen. You're not fooling anyone and it's cheesy.

Well the good news is that the screen is only a prototype, as are a few of the other features on the phone, so retail units will have a lifesize screen rather than the thumbnail view you see on the stand there.
Would have been clever of them to put a little "prototype" sticker on there somewhere I think...

That is, in reality, the final units will be considerably smaller?
