Default Missing a Stylus? Pocket PC Techs Has a Replacement

http://www.pocketpctechs.com/Access...asp?type=stylii

Losing a stylus is a tragic part of life for most Pocket PC owners, although I've been fortunate so far - I've never lost my stylus, I've just broken them. Here's what Pocket PC Techs is offering:

• HP iPAQ 19XX/41XX Series
• HP iPAQ 2200 Series
• Compaq iPAQ 38/39/54/5500 Series
• O2 XDA/T-Mobile PPCPE/AT&T SX56 Series
• O2 MDA/XDA II/iMate PPCPE/Qtek 2020 Series
• Samsung SPH-i700 Series
• Toshiba e400/800 Series

Just out of curiousity.. how the heck do you break a stylus? In the 4 years I've owned a PDA, I've never broken a stylus ever....

Do you run over them with your car, use them as toothpicks, sit on them, or does something else happen?

I've broken the top of my stylus a few times - the black part(opposite the tip) would break off.

I didn't abuse it really..

It was an XDA stylus and I just happened to break the front end off. I guess I'm just soooo strong.

You don't really think those sticks are for inputting stuff into your PPC do you? They're really a modern Swiss Army knife. Good for opening mail, removing staples, CD wrapper opener, and so much more. 8O

I managed to end up with around six extra stylii for my 3670 iPaq and only used one the whole time I was using it. Since I got my 5550, I've managed to break three of those six.

I'm missing the stylus from my Jornada 568. I guess they can't help me there, huh?

My 5 month old e800 stylus just started to over extend itself (one of those that squishes together to fit in the silo) so I know it is on its way out

BTW: a very stupid design
