Could someone tell me if I can update windows 5 to 6 on my treo 700wx, and if I can where can I do it?
You can only upgrade your Treo 700wx to Windows Mobile 6 if Palm releases an upgrade for it. So far, they've only announced an upgrade for the Treo 750, so for now, the answer to your question is an unfortunate "no".
