Delete entries in the Recent Calls List

I have a Treo 700w and was wondering if there was a way to delete entries, (or the entire list) in the Recent Calls List? I'm not referring to the Call Log; I mean the list that comes up when you push the Phone/Send button. Thanks.

1. Open the File Explorer application on the Treo. Navigate to "My Device" and look for a file called palmVol.
2. Delete the palmVol file. This should delete the list of recently dialled numbers but should leave the Call Log intact.
3. Perform a Soft Reset. This will ensure that the Treo will start compiling the recently dialed list and call log again.
