Can't you just perform a hard reset?

You are probably performing a soft reset. You need to perform a hard reset. That will restore it to factory settings.

Default Hard reset

On the Mypal620 BT.

While pressing the reset button at the back. Hold the task or callendar key (right to the d-pad). One of them goes to the system-test program the other does a hard reset. If you leave the system-test program the PDA also performs a hard reset.

This is ontop of my head so it could be wrong. Either way, you have to press one o/t buttons on the front while simultaniously pressing the reset button at the back with the stylus.

Regards,

EPDM
