Default Samsung i700 need upgrade WM2003

This is my first time here, but I'm glad I found this forum and sincerely HOPE it will HELP me to find what I seem to need:
I purchased my Samsung i700 from Verizon with Pocket PC 2002 installed. Soon after, right on the Verizon website after logging in, it was suggested by Verizon that I upgrade to WM2003, and there was a link to be able to do that over the internet for free.
My i700 battery went dead and now I need to reinstall the WM2003 in order for many of my programs and most of my peripherals to work correctly. Neither Samsung, Verizon, or Microsoft seem to have this upgrade available anymore. I don't believe it was ever released on a CD as I have tried to purchase it without success.
If there is anyone out there that can advise me on where I can download the WM2003 it would be more than GREATLY appreciated. <S>
Looking forward to your advice.
Thanks
Doobie

All of the programs that were installed by the ROM upgrade should still be there. Everything else would have been added later either from downloads or purchases you made. Verizone has not offered the upgrade for some time now.

What specific things are you missing. I have the same phone, maybe I can help.
