Do you have it on a network with a firewall? Forwarding port 990 to the IP of the computer I sync it on did the trick. I've been informed that on WM6 MSFT moved to an IP based communications instead of a serial one. I'm just glad it works.
Its an interesting device, kind of what Samsung is good at with the i630 its predecessor. My grip is the screen is just to teeny. 2 1/8 in when the iPhone is 4.5 in just wont cut it anymore.
The whole thing feels as if its designed for a munchkin or Hobit, the stylus is like a pencil stub. My LCD screen is sensitive to pressure, press too hard and the area underneath the stylus looks like flowing marshmellow.
No I really do like it. I love that NET and SQL are in ROM. Programs that use them go a lot faster now.
