Default Wireless sync is working for me...

I got it working this weekend. It wasn't easy setting it up - for one thing, the client-side software wasn't visible on my i730, so I had to download the software from Verizon and re-install it manually.

Your best bet is to call Vz tech support and let them trouble shoot it with you on the phone.

im srrartin to think that the phone has to be on wwhen it gets to its cheecking intervals. i had it set at check mail every 15 min and i chaned it to every 5 min cuz i usually use it that long. or.... there maybe has to be a current connection ?

I may wrong about this, but I don't think that the interval you have set in the built-in pocket outlook messaging application has anything to do with the frequency with which the "wireless sync" application actually checks for new mail.
