Default I just bought one!

I just bought a V37, I hope it is good. I bought it from someone who got it with the .NET 2003 thingy. I was just wondering thought, how did you sign up to get it?

You had to be a registered use of Visual Studio .NET. There's a thread about it here.

Isn't the .NET compact framework included in the V37 a developer tool, to write programs and what not, and if it is, I probably will never use it....

The .NET compact framework included in your V37 (and all Windows Mobile 2003 devices) just makes you able to run applications made in the .NET compact framework - not create them. To create them you need Visual Studio .NET on your PC.
