Backlight control stuck!
Hey all. I am still running with my v37 (and still loving it!). But an old eamon has popped up again and before I hard reset the beast and rebuild **GROAN** I thought I'd throw this out to the community and see if anyone has seen it.
I am runing WM2003 and have SPB Pocket Plus installed. I normally keep the brightness at its lowest to save batteries. Last night I was fumbling around the dark apartment and cranked up the backlight to use it as a flashlight. As has happened before, now it is stuck in the medium position. No manner of adjusting will change it up or down. I removed SPBPP jsut to see if that was it. Nada.
I looked in the registry under the backlight uner lcoalmachine and have a "Flag" (dword) and a Redirect (string) values in there.
Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have a fix or I am back to rebuild time
