Will OS upgrade from PC Version 3.0 get better REMINDER functionality?

Help! I have a Dell AXIM-5 with MS Pocket PC Version 3.011171 with an Intel PXA250 processor.

I am hoping that I can update my OS to get a better Calendar Program, I am a Palm OS user and I find the PC OS Reminders not user-friendly and hoped that a newer version will let me tap on the reminder and edit it rather than snooze it and search the whole PC's memory to find it. Please help!

I am not a techie so please explain this really simple. Thanks in advance
