Syncing with SD card and Memory Question?

Hello all,

I just received my Axim, and am trying to sync my notes from Outlook to my pda. BUT I would like to have it automatically sync it to my SD card. I opened explorer copied the notes to my "My Documents" in my SD card(which I created). Created a new entry in Outlook, synced it and everything from the notes in outlook is gone, leaving only the new entry.

One thing I would like to point out was that I saw two instances of the notes before I did the copy and paste. One was at the root of "Mobile Devices" and the second was in "MY Pocket PC" in My Documents? Does it copy it twice?

Second question is what is the difference between built-in storage and Main Memory?
